1SP0635 SCALE-2 プラグアンドプレイ ドライバは、1200 V ~ 3300 V の電圧で 130 x 140 mm 及び 190 x 140 mm の高電圧及び高電力 IGBT モジュールを安全に、信頼性の高い状態で駆動します。これらのドライバは鉄道業界での高信頼性を要求される用途向けに最適化されています。

このドライバは、並列接続された IGBT モジュールの安全な動作を可能にするマスタ/スレーブ構成で動作します。マスタ (1SP0635V または 1SP0635S) は一つの IGBT モジュールを駆動するスレーブなしのスタンドアロン ドライバとして使用することも、4 つの並列接続された IGBT モジュールを駆動するために最大 3 つのスレーブ (1SP0635D) と一緒に使用することもできます。
マスタ ドライブには光ファイバ インターフェース及びグローバル異常管理機能が搭載されています。マスタ/スレーブ構成では、スレーブがバス ケーブルによってマスタに接続され、DC/DC コンバータからの二次側電圧及び共通のコマンド信号が分配されます。

1SP0635 ドライバは CONCEPT の高集積 SCALE-2 チップセットをベースに構成されています。従って、このシングルチャンネル ドライバは高性能で、フル機能かつ超小型です。また、SCALE-2 チップセットでは、従来のソリューションと比較して部品数が最大 80% 減少するため、大幅に信頼性が高くなり、コストが削減されます。
このドライバにはダイナミック アドバンスト アクティブ クランプ (DA2C)、短絡保護、内蔵 DC/DC コンバータ、制御されたターンオン ゲート駆動電圧、及び電源電圧監視のすべてが搭載されています。

機械的に互換性のあるすべての IGBT モジュールに対して、正確に対応するドライバを利用できます。プラグアンドプレイ構成によって、取り付け後すぐに動作するため、ユーザーは特定の用途のドライバの設計や調整に時間や労力を費やす必要がありません。
