Heatsink area - Output Rectifier Stage - 50.34 W total loss

The calculated values for heatsink area for the output rectifier were as it follows:
1371175 mm^2 (when custom aluminum is selected)
355446015 mm^2 (when double-sided 2-Oz PCB is selected)
What that means? Do these numbers make sense?
The SR used on main output is: IRL540NPBF. Total losses = 50.34 W. Is this normal? The design passed with no warnings!

You're correct. I have switched to another MOSFET with much lower RDSon and now the total loss for the MOSFET is about 3W.
What is the design associated with this output sync fet? Output voltage/current? There are better mosfet options available with lower RDSon.
